Tinnitus is an abnormal ringing, hissing, clicking or buzzing from the ear or inside the head.

It is estimated that over 25% of the population have tinnitus at least 4 times per week.

Some of the more common conditions causing tinnitus to name a few are:

External ear disorders: wax buildup, swimmer's ear

Middle ear disorders: otosclerosis, fluid or infection

Medications:  Aspirin, Bumex, Lasix, Cisplatin and many different antibiotics.

Other: Hearing loss, tumors, TMJ disorders, head trauma
