Every attempt is made to ship the same day before 5PM EST once payment is cleared, otherwise it will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the following business day. Estimated days exclude handling time.

All items are tested prior to shipping. Exchanges will be given for damaged or defective products. As mentioned throughout this website there is no cure for tinnitus and all treatments have variable results.
